Wine Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo Region: Piemonte (Italy) - DOCG Winemaking process: Temperature controlled fermentation. After a malolactic fermentation the wine is left to rest part in French wooden barrels (250 – 500 lt) and the rest in wood tanks 3000 lt. as the classic aging method require. Color: Ruby red with orange nuances. Bouquet: Rounded, intense, with hints of rose, violet, vanilla, raspberry. Very persistent and rich. Taste: Well-balanced, full bodied and rounded with great structure. Alcohol content: 14 % Food matching: Gain, red meat, roast, grilled meat, strong cheeses and mushrooms. Serving temperature: 60 to 64 F
