Grape Variety: 100% Barbera

Region: Piemonte (Italy) - DOC

Winemaking process: After collection, the grape bunches are destemmed and pressed the same day to avoid oxidation. Maceration process is made in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with skins.
After fermentation, the wine ages 12 months in wood barrel before bottling.

Color: Intense almost impenetrable deep red with ruby and violet nuances.

Bouquet: Plums, cherry jam, pepper and vanilla

Taste: Full and round, with a degree of alcohol and acidity that fits its swell notes of red fruit, eucalyptus and mint.

Alcohol content: 13,5 %

Food matching: Easy to match all kind of food and taste.

Serving temperature: 60 to 64 F
