After collection, the grape bunches are destemmed and pressed the same
day to avoid oxidation.
Maceration process is made in stainless steel tanks at a controlled
temperature with skins. Color: Intense almost impenetrable deep red with ruby and violet nuances. Bouquet: Plums, cherry jam, pepper and vanilla Taste: Full and round, with a degree of alcohol and acidity that fits its swell notes of red fruit, eucalyptus and mint.
