Colutta Vini Cabernet Red
Wine Grape Variety: Cabernet Franc 80% - Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Region: Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) - DOC Winemaking process: Grapes are removed from the vines by hand, pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature (82 F) with color obtained by using the delestage technique. After 10-15 days of fermentation, part of the wine is aged in barrels, while the rest is aged in Inox (stainless steel) containers before finally being mixed and bottled. Color: Ruby red. Bouquet: Herbaceous with a hint of blueberry and raspberry. Taste: Herbaceous, dry, full bodied, vanillaed. Alcohol content: 12,79 %
