Wine Grape Variety: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet, 20% Refosco Region: Eastern Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) - DOC Winemaking process: Grapes are stripped and crushed softly. macerated and fermented for 8 to 12 days at a controlled temperature (82¡ F). Color is controlled by the delestage technique to extract phenolics, tannins and anthocyanins. The wine is aged for a year in barrels.
