Grape Variety: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet, 20% Refosco

Region: Eastern Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) - DOC

Winemaking process: Grapes are stripped and crushed softly. macerated and fermented for 8 to 12 days at a controlled temperature (82¡ F). Color is controlled by the “delestage technique” to extract phenolics, tannins and anthocyanins. The wine is aged for a year in barrels.

Color: Ruby red with violet shades

Bouquet: Red fruit and toasted wood

Taste: Round, full bodied, low acidity

Alcohol content: 12,5 %

Food matching: Red meat, game.

Serving temperature: 64 to 68 F



Limited Production: 2,000 bottles annually
