Winemaking process: Temperature controlled fermentation. After a malolactic fermentation the wine is left to rest in wooden barrels (250 – 500 lt) for 18 months. Then the wine is assembled in stainless steel tanks for 30 days before being bottled.

Color: Ruby red with violet nuances.

Bouquet: Rounded, intense, with hints of vanilla and rose.

Taste: Well-balanced, full bodied and rounded, dry with low acidity.

Alcohol content: 13 %

Food matching: Red meat, pasta, cheeses.

Serving temperature: 60 to 64 F
