Winemaking process: Temperature controlled with skin-fermentation. On sale only after at least one year of aging

Color: Powerful red with black hues, flecked with ruby.

Bouquet: Fruity, with dominant cherry aroma, land overtones of raspberry and coffee.

Taste: Velvet, young fragrant, well balanced. Acidity and tannin are well balanced.

Alcohol content: 13 %

Food matching: Great with hot or cold roasted or braised meats, poultry and game and semi seasoned cheeses.

Serving temperature: 60 to 64 F
