Grape Variety: 100% Merlot

Region: Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) - DOC

Winemaking process: Grapes are stripped and crushed by hand. The fermentation process is obtained at controlled temperature (82 F) with color obtained by using the "delestage" technique. After 10-15 days of fermentation, part of the wine is aged in barrels, while the rest is aged in Inox containers before finally being mixed and bottled.

Color: Ruby red with garmet tendencies.

Bouquet: Blueberry, blackberry, raspberry.

Taste: An earthy, toasted palate

Alcohol content: 12,85 %

Food matching: Red meat, game, poultry roasts and cheese.

Serving temperature: 64 F
