Grape Variety: 100% Pinot grigio

Region: Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) - DOC

Winemaking process: Grapes are removed from the vines by hand, pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature (82 F). After 10-15 days of fermentation, part of the wine is aged in barrels, while the rest is aged in Inox (stainless steel) containers before finally being mixed and bottled.

Color: Golden yellow.

Bouquet: Fresh, spicy, garden fragrance.

Taste: Delicate, strikingly dry, well-balanced.

Alcohol content: 12 %

Food matching: Antipasto, fish and soups.

Serving temperature: 50 to 54 F
