Colutta Vini Refosco Red
Wine Grape Variety:Refosco 100% Region: Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) - DOC Winemaking process: Grapes are stripped and crushed by hand. The fermentation process is obtained at a controlled temperature (82 F) with color obtained by using the "delestage" technique. After 10-15 days of fermentation, part of the wine is aged in barrels, while the rest is aged in Inox (stainless steel) containers before finally being mixed and bottled. Color: Ruby red. Bouquet: Rich with blackberry scent. Taste: Lightly tannic, dry, with a aftertaste of fruit . Alcohol content: 12,95 % Food matching: Red meat, game, aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 60 to 64 F |
