Agricola Ressia Resiot Red Wine Grape Variety: Nebbiolo and Barbera Region: Piemonte (Italy) - DOC Winemaking process: Temperature controlled fermentation. After a malolactic fermentation the wine is left to rest in wooden barrels (250 – 500 lt) for 18 months. Then the wine is assembled in stainless steel tanks for 30 days before being bottled. Color: Ruby red with violet nuances. Bouquet: Strong, rounded with hints of rose and violet, vanilla, raspberry. Taste: Well-balanced and rounded. Alcohol content: 13 % Food matching: Great with red meat, gain and roasted and grilled meats. Serving temperature: 60 to 64 F
