Region: Eastern hillside of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy) - DOC

Winemaking process: Fermentation of crushed and de-stemmed grapes for 14 to 18 days. Once pressed, the fermented wine is aged into medium size oak barrels for a year.

Color: Bright ruby red.

Bouquet: A full wild berry aroma with hints of raspberry and mint.

Taste: Fresh, dry red wine with a good degree of acidity.

Alcohol content: 12 - 12,5%

Food matching: Red meat, Parma ham, excellent with first courses and cold cuts.

Serving temperature: 57 to 60 F


Limited Production: About 7,000 bottles a year
